Microplast Washproof Assorted Plasters

Description This box of 100 assorted blue detectable plasters is ideal for replenishing a catering first aid kit. Our range of blue detectable plasters are supplied with an aluminium sheet under the wound pad that can be detected by a metal detector making them ideal for employees working in the food processing and handling areas. They protect against cross contamination between blood and the products handled, whilst providing a visually detectable product due to its blue colour should the plaster become loose. All our blue detectable plasters are tested according to ISO 10993 and are hypoallergenic, non cytotoxic and latex free. Our range of blue detectable plasters are an unmedicated first aid adhesive dressing and they are ideally suited for minor wounds and skin scratches. The product is a Class I product according to Rule 4 of the Medical Devices directive 2007/47/ec 1993. This means that the product is a non invasive device which comes in to contact with injured skin. Each of our blue detectable plasters are individually packed within its own wrapper and contain an absorbent pad which assists in absorbing small amounts of blood and exudate from the cut or graze. The adhesive backing is conformable to the skin and is also washproof. All materials within our extensive plaster range, including our blue detectable plasters, have proven to be safe, reliable and non toxic to users and the products are intended as a single use product. The shelf life from point of manufacturer of our products is 5 years and they are normally intended for short term use. All of our blue detectable plasters come with the appropriate labelling and markings indicating the batch and expiry date meaning full traceability is possible, and also carry the CE registration mark.
